PURPOSE OF PROCESSING.
The purpose of the processing is:
Contact form: To manage the requests for information and contact received.
Execution of the programme: To manage the data necessary for the fulfilment of the aid and support contracts for the activities presented.
Donations: To manage donations received by individuals or institutions interested in supporting NUOVA GLOBAL FOUNDATION. To keep you informed about our activities and the results of our work on how we use donations and what we achieve.
UNITY MARK AWARD.
The purpose of data processing is to manage the data necessary to present your work to the jury, inform you of your award, remind you of deadlines or to promote your award, your company and your work to the public. Any personal information collected is for our private use only. Phone numbers, email addresses will not be distributed to third parties or published online. The type of information we collect directly from you includes your name, email address, company name, address, job title and other contact information. We also require information about your project that is being submitted to the UMA awards programme.
The information may be used to:
- Promote participants and winners of the UMA programme.
- Remind entrants of upcoming deadlines.
- Notify winners of their win.
- Send updates and news about UMA and other NGF-related competitions, and selected partners.
- Answer and assist with customer service support questions.
LEGITIMATION.
Awardees and donors: The contract that binds both parties.
Execution of the programme: The contract that binds both parties.
Contact form: The consent given by the interested party by filling in the form and sending us their details.
DATA RETENTION.
Winners and donors: The data will be kept duly blocked for the legally established periods, remaining available only to the competent authorities for the possible purging of fiscal responsibilities during the processing of the same, always in accordance with the applicable regulations, and may not be used for purposes other than these. Once the legally established periods have elapsed, the personal data will be deleted in accordance with the applicable regulations in force.
Execution of the programme: The data will be kept for the time necessary to implement the programme and its execution.
Contact Form: The data will be kept for the time necessary to process and answer the query and will never exceed 1 year from the last contact.
TRANSFER OF DATA.
For the implementation of the programme: We provide personal data to third parties only if required and as required by law. In addition, we provide personal data on a programme-specific basis to mentors, supervisors, interpreters, cooperation partners, guarantors or, to a very limited extent, programme funders and donors, in particular institutions.
Donations. Depending on the method of payment, this data is processed by STRIPE or PayPal. STRIPE is a service provided by STRIPE PAYMENTS EUROPE, LIMITED, Ireland, Dublin, C/O A&L GOODBODY, IFSC, NORTH WALL QUAY, D01 H1O4. PayPal is a service provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Société en Commandite par Actions, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449, Luxembourg, R.C.S. Luxembourg B 118 349.
Awarded persons: The data is provided to the entity with which the controller has entered into a processor contract for the purpose of handling the collection, processing and management of the prizes.
Contact form: The data will not be passed on to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT. You have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. You may request the limitation or opposition of the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep them for the purpose of complying with the legally established obligations.
RIGHT NOT TO BE SUBJECT TO AUTOMATED INDIVIDUAL DECISIONS, INCLUDING PROFILING. No automated individual decisions are made about the user and no profiles are created that produce legal effects or significantly affect the user in a similar way.

Taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing, as well as the risks of varying likelihood and severity to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, NUOVA GLOBAL FOUNDATION implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.
PROCESSING BASED ON THE CONSENT OF THE DATA SUBJECT. No personal data is collected via the website without your consent.
DUTY OF CONFIDENTIALITY. In accordance with Article 5.1.f of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, NUOVA GLOBAL FOUNDATION undertakes to treat your personal data in strict confidence and to use it only for the purposes indicated.
INACCURACY OF DATA OBTAINED DIRECTLY FROM THE DATA SUBJECT. For the purposes provided for in Article 5.1.d of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, personal data which are inaccurate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed shall not be imputable to the controller, if the controller has not exercised its right of rectification.
