Unity Mark Logo & Usage Guide
About the Logo
The Unity Mark recognizes enterprises, media companies, non-profits, and individuals whose content fosters understanding, bridges differences, and promotes reconciliation.
The logo symbolizes the recipient’s commitment to these values, demonstrated through their work ethos and projects.
Only participants who successfully pass the second tier of screening (i.e., shortlisted and voted winners by the jury or public voting) may use the Unity Mark. Winners must adhere to usage guidelines and can apply to the Organizer for permission to display the logo on their website, products, and marketing materials. Additional promotional products (e.g., trophies, certificates) are also available for purchase.
The Unity Mark is a trademark and event organized by the Nuova Global Foundation (NGF).
Usage Guide
Rights of Usage
- The logo, with the winning year, can be used throughout the lifecycle of the awarded project.
- Representatives of award winners (e.g., sales and marketing agencies, media partners) may use the logo only with the winner’s explicit consent. In such cases, the Permission for Unity Mark Usage certificate will be issued directly to the award winners.
Consultation with the Organizer is required when:
- A distributor or sales agent unaffiliated with the award winner wishes to use the Unity Mark for marketing purposes.
A media organization not directly linked to the award winner wants to feature the logo in content describing an award-winning project.
Modifications of Awarded Project
If significant modifications are made to a project that has received the Unity Mark—such as changes to communication content or intent—the award winner must submit an Alteration Report to the Organizer.
The Organizer and Evaluation Committee will review the changes to determine if they align with the original evaluation. Based on their assessment, the Committee may approve or revoke the continued usage of the Unity Mark for the modified project.
