What projects/initiatives are eligible for submission?

UNITY Mark Award 2025 is an award for projects carried out between January 2023 and March 2025 (Shape the World Summit).

How do I submit my project/initiative?

The following materials should be submitted via our awards portal / online form.

  • Project Description (max. 250 words)
  • Project Summary (max. 50 words; this will be used on our website, exhibition panels and/or other marketing collaterals.)
  • Supporting documents
  • Write-up based on each evaluation criteria (max. 150 words each)
How many projects can I submit?

Each applicant can submit as many projects as they wish as long as the project(s) submitted meets the criteria. A separate entry must be completed for each project. Submission and Award-Winners Package fees apply.

    Can I withdraw my submission?

    You may withdraw anytime before the submission deadline, 11 April 2025. However, the submission fee is not refundable under any circumstances. After 11 April 2025, no withdrawals are allowed.

    Once the online screening is completed and your project is awarded a UNITY Mark Award, no withdrawals are allowed. You will be liable to pay the compulsory Award-Winners Package Fee of €2,500.
